The definition of Prosopagnosia is a neurological disorder of the brain, also known as face blindness, where a person can't recognize, or see faces. Izuku, who'd gotten into an accident training, woke up to discover phantoms surrounding him. Yes, they were normal people, but with the looks as if rubber skin was stretched over their skulls. Izuku, with a weak, but sharp mind, slowly begins to lose himself to the demons that surround him, and falls further into the nightmare, that is his very life.

After being told that he couldn't be a hero by everyone and then finally his idol, Izuku walked away in a daze, ending up at the scene of a rampaging villain and proved everyone wrong, before later inheriting the No.1 Hero's quirk... At least that's how the story is supposed to go, right? But what if instead staying on the path of righteousness, he went down a darker path?
