Her and her Pearl felt pity for the human and ended up taking her back to Homeworld. Pink claimed this child as her own and would care for her for the next ten years. I wrote this for Valentine's Day without much of a plan when it came down to what to write- so I apologize now if it sucks. It was originally written as a Pearl x Female! Reader, but I didn't use any specific pronouns addressing the reader, so it doesn't really matter.

It's been fourteen years since Pearl's beloved Rose Quartz Passed away. Yet She still remains paralyzed in the past, reduced to a shadow of what she once was. She has become so blinded by her own insecurities and emotions that she can't see who has really been behind her all along. Who was the one who had always been there for her, even in the worst situations? Who would do anything for her even if it meant putting their life at risk? Who had the capacity to love her more than Rose Quartz? The chemistry between the two of them is boiling, but she still refuses to see it. Onyx, the messenger and retriever of information as well as a negotiator for all the Diamonds. was tasked to fly with Jasper, Peridot, and Lapis to stomp out the rest of the crystal gems. However upon meeting Steven, Onyx has a change of heart and realizes why he volunteered to go with Lapis. Author: I absolutely adore Lapis's character and feel like some writers write her way too happy for what she's gone through. So I decided to take up this small project and hopefully write Lapis convincingly.

It's been over two months since the Return of Gems from space, and Lapis Lazuli and Jasper are stuck at the bottom of the ocean, Lapis staying there to keep Steven safe. But what Lapis forgot, was a Gem on Homeworld, waiting for her to return. Her name was Aquamarine, a gem from the water. Knowing Lapis since they were both created, Aquamarine longed for the day when Lapis would return home, unknowing she was trapped in a mirror. Finally, when Lapis returned to homeworld, Aquamarine rejoiced. But when Lapis was forced to go to earth with Jasper and Peridot, Aquamarine followed. Now on Earth, Aqua is on the run from the Homeworld and looking for Lapis, and finding Steven Universe instead. Will Aquamarine help the Crystal Gems find the two missing gems in the ocean, or will Aquamarine take them down with her. Steven Universe is owned by rebecca sugar!
