"E-excuse me... can you please help me?" The words come out small. Shaky. Pathetic enough to make Kim Mingyu stop walking. The owner of the Grand Nyxaris cruise ship slowly turns toward the trembling stranger standing near the edge of the moonlit deck, dark waves crashing violently beneath them while cold wind tears through the silence between them. Pretty. That is Mingyu's first thought. The stranger clutches the railing tightly, dressed in clothes far too expensive for an ordinary passenger yet wearing an expression that looks completely lost aboard a ship filled with predators. Mingyu approaches carefully. "And why," he asks amusedly, "would I help you?" The man hesitates before answering quietly, "Someone followed me onto the ship." Fear flickers across his face so convincingly that even Mingyu almost believes it, almost. Mingyu's eyes drag over him once more. Elegant posture. Sharp eyes hidden beneath panic. Hands too steady for someone supposedly terrified. Interesting. "And your designation?" Mingyu asks casually. The stranger freezes for half a second. "Alpha," he answers. Mingyu lets out a quiet scoff. An alpha. Looking this helpless? How embarrassing. Still, before Mingyu can walk away, the stranger suddenly reaches for his wrist with surprising desperation. "Please," he whispers again, softer this time. "I just need somewhere safe to stay for tonight." Mingyu sighs. "Name?" "Jeon Wonwoo." The stranger replies. Something shifts in the air between them, not enough to alarm Mingyu, just enough to make him curious, and Kim Mingyu has always had a weakness for dangerous things pretending to be harmless.

"Mingyu-a..." 'Hmm?' "Remember when you were with me on the second day of the concert and didn't reach out to me.. Do you remember? I tried to reach out to you but you pulled your hand back." Mingyu took a deep breath when he remembered what he had done. At that time, he was filled with the moodiness and anger of rejection. He had acted childishly. "Don't do it again. It hurt like when I lost my mother. Don't let go of my hand again." Mingyu swallowed hard. He immediately wrapped his arms around him tighter. When he snuggled up to his neck, he immediately nodded his head in a shy manner. 'I promise, hyung.'

Vampires and wolves have been at each other's throats for centuries, right? And Seungcheol? He's the alpha, pack leader, big scary wolf boss. So naturally, when his pack storms a vampire mansion, he expects chaos, blood, and maybe a few deaths. But then he sees him, this fragile-looking omega wolf. Cute, trembling, definitely in need of protection... or so he thinks. Little did Seungcheol know? This so-called "fragile" omega is full of fire, claws, and an attitude that could probably punch an alpha in the face if he's not careful. And now Seungcheol's alpha instincts are screaming, his pack's giving him the side-eye, and this omega is about to turn his world upside down.

Jeon Wonwoo has spent his entire life being protected from consequences. As the heir to one of the most powerful corporations in the country, he grew up surrounded by marble floors, armed security, and a last name that does most of the talking for him. Assistants clear his schedule. Executives tolerate his attitude. A personal bodyguard shadows his every step. Privilege is not something Wonwoo questions. It is something he expects. Spoiled, sharp-tongued, and dangerously bored, he has mastered the art of looking untouchable. Meetings are endured, not respected. Responsibility is postponed. Authority is inherited, not earned. When pressured, he pushes back. When warned, he laughs. He has never needed to take anything seriously. Until his father gives him an ultimatum. Prove he is capable of leading the empire one day-or lose the luxuries that define his life. For the first time, the silk-lined world Wonwoo lives in feels conditional. The penthouse. The cars. The endless credit. Even the constant presence of his bodyguard, a silent reminder that danger exists but has never quite reached him. Suddenly, expectations aren't theoretical. They are immediate. And the task placed in front of him forces him to step into a corporate war he has only ever observed from a safe distance. Across the table stands a self-made CEO who built his company from nothing. No inheritance. No protective shield. No safety net. Every contract signed was fought for. Every inch of success earned. He despises entitlement. He despises weakness. And he sees Wonwoo as both.
