She's hands down the best thing that has ever happened to him. Their relationship is the best thing she has experienced. So what's with the hiccups, challenges and misunderstandings? Follow Binjin as they negotiate being in love and together in their complex world since they crash landed into each other's lives. P/S: This story tries to stick as close to what I've read / analysed about their (what I think is) real life relationship. It isn't linear. It pulls out different points and dates in their relationship but follows the same arc. Think of it like 500 Days of Summer, but hopefully we get a happily ever after ending in real life for this one. Reader discretion advised. The fic touches on sensitive topics prevalent in K entertainment and relationships such as depression, anxiety, gossip and discussions on suicide.

It's their first beginning after a litany of goodbyes, and everything feels positively electric in their newfound sanctuary. "Can I get you anything?" she offers, pulling the fridge open to peruse its contents. When he doesn't answer, she turns around and finds him gazing at her intently. "Coffee? Water?" His smoldering eyes say: You.

The perfect recipe for disaster: 1) An arranged marriage. 2) Two people who hate each other with all their might. 3)Two brothers who do not get along at all, pretending to be civil for the sake of their childrenʼs arrangement and their dying father. ---- When Yejin hears that her grandfather has planned to marry her off to her asshole of a cousin, her first reaction is to kill someone, preferably someone whose name started with a "B" and ended with an "N" but for the sake of her dying grandfather, she puts up with him just for once, she tries, but to no avail is he successful in clearing the hateful aura which Bin emits. She knows it's a scheme to strengthen the weak bond her father shares with his brother but what she doesn't know is why does she have to be the one to execute it? And with Bin out of everyone in the world? The one person she hoped to God would someday be just hit by a truck. Both try to get back at each other, every tactic worse than the last, but they don't know; when the heart softens, even the most terrible of prank by your lover becomes amusing. Cusses are shared, so is laughter. Vulnerable momomets which surface rarely come and go as frequently as the feeling of anger and betrayal- because in the end, that's what marriage is all about, it's about compromise and understanding. [ @aussentrist 2020 ] Note: first ever Kdrama/movie inspired story, I'm sorry if I get things wrong at the beginning. Trying my best! Read foreword for more info. Cover: @woodohee on Twitter
