With the defeat of the vampires, Marceline and Bubblegum seem to be as close as ever. But what happens when a sudden bolt of lightning brings the Vampire Queen as close to death as she can get? How does the princess react to her best friend once more in a comatose state, so soon after the last time? And what chain of events does this spark?
