Steve Rogers, her best friend, comes back three whole months later, with a new guy: Steve's childhood best friend Bucky. That's when she finds out that her family has been in a Civil War, all because of Bucky. Tony still can't see past the Winter Soldier, but Y/N can't help but see the broken man full of pain and empty of memories. - For the sake of my own sanity in this story Infinity War and Endgame do not happen. Also Pietro didn't die, Asgard did not get blown up and Loki is an Avenger. They really appreciate the work Spider-Man is doing, really. The Avengers are for end of the world events, not stopping petty thieves. But they don't have a choice now do they. Peter Parker. The boy genius who can't seem to find a way out of the mess that he calls his life. Losing his parents and then his uncle, he now lives with the woman he calls his Aunt. She hasn't been his Aunt the day his uncle died. He doesn't do it for the fame or glory, he does it to honor his Uncle Ben. Because With Great Power, Comes Great Responsibility.

"I can't breathe.." ---- False hopes, false smiles, false mirths... Loki learned to use facades since he was but a mere child. He knew his father's disapproving gazes. He knew the whispers amongst the servants. He knew his brother's neglecience. He knew his mother's painful watch. Loki hid his feelings well. Beneath playful banters, mischiefs, and rebellions.. Loki knew things he wasn't supposed to know. And so. He can't breathe.

Imagine Loki would have been locked away in a cell at the Avengers' headquarters and not in Asgard, because he promises the Avengers to change if they would not bring him back there.
