So, I took the song "driver's licenses" by Olivia Rodrigo and made it into a dnf highschool band au fanfic... i'm not kidding obviously. He knows he's fallen too hard and too fast- he knows he's bound to bust. But he can't let the feelings die, he can't let them go. Instead he becomes close with the boy he's fallen for entirely. He starts to let himself believe that he might like him too until one event changes his perspective entirely and everything goes down hill from there.
