This is a Guide to Shifting. I will talk about what shifting is, scripting, methods for shifting, my experiences, subliminals, and helpful tips. I hope I can help some of you enter your dr! Please drop a comment if you either want to give me tips, share your experiences with shifting, or have any questions. I will do my best to answer them.

I am by no means an expert on reality shifting, but over the past few days I have done a lot of research on different methods, scripting, subliminals, and affirmations. When I first looked into shifting I was nervous to join any amino groups or communities, which led me to find a few resources on Wattpad. They helped me a lot early on with the basics, so I decided to make my own. This is a collection of information I have learned from various sources (I will include names when I can) and also my own experiences trying to shift :)
