People are finally rebuilding society from the scraps that were left, and with that technology had a new meaning to life. Technology has also been a huge deal during this time from Drones to Androids. Suppose you could call it an upgrade in society. If you didn't own technology you were weird, and if you were an android and you didn't do your job you would be considered useless. So how could a waste of materials and an outcast of society possible make due to what is left of society?
