This is apart of episode 7 so SPOILERS. Jesse is battling PAMA when Lukas, who is chipped, starts to fight her. However, the Lukas from within is able to witness everything that is happening.

Jesse knew one day it would be too much for her to handle. Lukas knew. But no one else did. When it happened, no one guessed that it would be so bad.
