Percy gets cursed along the way and has to make it back to Camp to save a life. This story is about Percy self harming, and Nico helping him, there are mentions of dizziness, the feeling of starving, graphic self harm/injuries, blood, graphic thoughts of a person with depression, and probably something like psychological horror.
