After WWIII the world was crippled, with European and Asian countries going into turmoil and instability with the mass detonation of nukes in the Eurasia continent. The US stands as one of the few remaining powers left, but not for long as without warning it seemingly vanishes leaving nothing but ocean where the North American continent once stood.
