Just a cute little story with short chapters I came up with one night

Just a short story I came up with a while ago involving some high schoolers, a witch's house, and a love potion :)

It started as one oneshot and quickly spiraled out of control. All in the title. Do they have a shipname? Who knows! Not me!

Due to an unwanted marriage proposal between Karkat's father and his new fiancée, Mrs. Leijon, Karkat is forced to move into a new house. This unfortunately comes with a new school, and when the star football player starts to get under his skin, he's forced to stoop lower than ever before. ((Haha I suck at descriptions. This is a high school AU. That's basically it))

When Karkat's father decides to remarry, Karkat and the Striders are forced to attend. Family tends to bring out the worst in people, and this family is nothing but problems, especially for two lovebirds such as Dave and Karkat. DO NOT READ UNLESS YOUVE READ THE ORIGINAL STRI-DO'S AND DONT'S. This is a sequel to said story and it won't make sense unless you read that first. Its basically the story of their life after high school and the remarriage of Karkat's dad. Enjoy.

Sadness was all Karkat could see in his future. Until Dave came and turned that around.

"Look, I'm not gonna press any charges, just tell me what are you doing in my apartment at this hour of the night," Gerard asked with the calmest voice he could muster. The guy was cute, might even start flirting after figuring out what a cute guy like this was doing in his bed. "What am I doing in your apartment? What are YOU doing in my apartment?" He said, backing away more, clearly scared of Gerard. "No, no, no, no," Gerard shook his hands, starting to get annoyed, "THIS is MY apartment. I'm paying for it." He said in a way you'd talk to someone from the moon. "And so do I!" the guy snapped, "you better get the fuck out or I'm calling the cops." ꧁ꕥ꧂ Or where two people, one more different than the other, are forced to live together after being scammed.

california is in turmoil. the desert is a scorching, sandy death trap, littered with human civilisation and the bones of whoever it has claimed. and in the middle of it all is an unsleeping metropolis called battery city. It's infested with bl/ind officials, who exterminate anyone who might go against them. not many people try to, anymore. except for a handful of people who proudly wear the label 'bl/ind's most wanted criminals'. they call themselves 'killjoys'.

In which Gerard is an awkward fuck who likes women's clothing more than he probably should and Frankie is the drag queen who has stolen Gerard's heart. There is only one problem-Frankie doesn't know Gerard exists, and Gerard isn't doing anything to correct that unfortunate oversight, no matter how badly he wants to. ~~~ Drag Queen AU Completed
