This story is a Fan Fiction for a television series called Ashes of Love (in English) and 香蜜沉沉烬如霜 in China (pronounced: Xiāng mì chén chén jìn rú shuāng) It picks up shortly after the series finale (episode 60 or 63, depending on which version you watch). This show was based upon the novel 'Heavy Sweetness, Ash-like Frost' by Dian Xian.

After Xu Feng and Jin Mi left the deity realm to reside in mortal realm, everything went back to normal. 1000 after the fight, nor Heavenly emperor, nor Demon queen cross path with each other, due to their concept of mind. Perhaps the plot, flow or logic of the story is not like in the novel (Ashes like frost) or drama (Ashes of Love), it is just my interpretation and desire to find an ending that is justify to Liu Ying and Run Yu. This story is a sequel to "From the Ashes of Love", which was a FanFiction written for "Ashes of Love" (香蜜沉沉烬如霜), the television drama from Mainland China which was based on the novel "Heavy Sweetness, Ash-like Frost" by Dian Xian. It begins at the Epilogue (Chapter 93) of "From the Ashes of Love". There is more Runyu! More Yanyou! More Kuanglu! Plus the stories of their children.
