When Luz left the boiling isles something snapped in amity and it's that same force that drives her now. Forced friends, forced smiles, forced dress codes. Amity hated every second of it. But then Luz the human came crashing in, and that ruined everything. Luz changed Amity for the better, and consequently, Amity started to develop feelings for the over-excited female. So Amity eventually built up the courage to finally get it out of her mind and confess to her. Unfortunately, it doesn't go as planned.
