This fandom was introduced to me on tumblr thru the https://maribat-archive.tumblr.com by @ozmav This fandom is based between Damian Wayne and Marinette Dupain-Cheng after the events of Chameleon. I only have a few. Don't worry I am still working on all other stories and the four-square oneshots.

Marinette Dupain-Cheng is done. Done with the lies, done with Hawkmoth, done with her class, done with being forced to react instead of taking action- enough is enough. Marinette rededicates herself, focusing on her duties as Guardian, Ladybug, and a student, working hard to tie up loose ends. When Ladybug defeats Hawkmoth, she feels the weight of the world lift off her shoulders. Free to leave Paris and her class behind, applies to a new school. Her parents hugged her when they got the call. The Dupain-Cheng's waste no time, they pack their bags, lease the bakery, and move to Gotham, New Jersey. There, Marinette gets a fresh start in a new school. Marinette can be who she wants to be without worrying about lying bullies... But it wouldn't hurt to be careful- would it? The Parisian holds everyone at arm's length, not worrying about swaggering, haughty classmates as she focuses on keeping her head down- until she meets Damian Wayne. Damian Wayne is not jealous of the smart, likable, reserved- but still excitable Parisian that he shares almost every class with. He isn't. He refuses to deal with such a naïve and substanceless girl- until she corrects him in class. Damian gets payback, correcting her as he sees fit. He refuses to lose to such an unworthy opponent. She will not win. Marinette is more than prepared to stand her ground.

Marinette has a secret. She's been hiding her eye color since she was little. She was a black. Of couse blacks were feared and if anyone found out you were a black you would be taken to a camp where they resided. So she hid it. Until she found Damian. Damian was found out to be a purple. Those were feared almost as much as blacks. Except Talia liked Damian's power as a purple. She loved it in fact. But he hid it from others. His father or brothers do not know about him being a purple. He feared they would shun him or his father would leave him because they were scared of him. And then Damian and Marinette meet each other.

When the French-American friendship week came by, some schools in America and in France decided to have a penpal assignment. Two students would get each other's basic information, along with a photo of them, and talk to them over letters. France Dupont happened to get Gotham Academy, which led to Marinette and Damian being Penpals. Marinette, after being isolated and hating most people because of their greed, and Damian, not wanting to interact with anyone, both decided that they would do the minimum of the assignment so they could get the grade they wanted and would forget the project in no time. But that changed when they saw a photo of one another. Soon, the two most lonely people finally had someone they could talk to, a friend. {Which would soon turn into something more.} But, will they find out about one another's secret? Will Damian help Marinette with her situation in Paris? Will Tim ever find out why MDC followed his brother?
