She was put in the system at the age of 3 months. Vladimira was in a group home until she was 10 years old. That's when she met Sebastián Vega son of the biggest gang in NY. Vladimira joined the Vega gang, she ran away from her abusive foster home and joined so she could have a real family. For Vladimira family isn't DNA, or blood. It's who is willing to risk their life for you and you for them. Vladimira has been best friends with Sebastián since then. She was the first Sebastián confided in with his sexuality.
