Kai and Kalani are both best friends, and surfers. They have lived their whole lives in Oahu, Hawaii. You can always find Kai and Kalani on the beach or in their small town local beach shop. It's the summer before their senior year. There a few things that are more important than others. Endless waves, wet hair, and boys! And maybe a mean girl or two... Some curve balls may come their way, but as long as they have each other nothing can go too badly wrong... until it does. Kai pronounced K- Hi (without the H)... so Ki with the silent A?
