Peter Parker is currently 17 and is just starting to work with the Avengers. S.H.I.E.L.D. is still operational under Director Fury. Wanda is not in this story. Wakanda has yet to be uncovered. Loki does not appear in this story but has been forgiven for his attack on Earth upon discovering he was mind-controlled. The Stark Tower is under reconstruction to become the Avengers Tower. Harry and his friends are back for their eighth year at Hogwarts. Only this time there's four exchange students from America that seem to know Draco and Snape. Not only that, but a new American DADA teacher who's pretty much their age. Even worse, he also seems to know Snape and Draco.
