A girl, not a girl but a being in the form of a girl finds herself lost in the woods. She doesn't know where she is, she doesn't know who she is, all she knows is she's not human. The race has begun.

Every day Ria watches Luke get beaten up by some other boys at their school and everyday she contemplates doing something about it, until one day she does do something. Soon after they become friends and help each other through the hard parts of teenage life. They start to fall for each other, but is love too much for them? Can they save each others life or will they be doomed to regret their school years for the rest of their lives. This is a fairly basic story, but a story that yearns to be heard.
