So, if you are reading this - It's Story time! So, on my 13th birthday, one of my friend gave me a journal. Now, now I'm not gonna lie, i did tried to do the whole "dear diary" thing but till date there are only 2 entries. So naturally, after some time it got lost somewhere in my study table. So after like 4-5 months, at the end of my academic session, while I was cleaning my table, i had my hands on it again! This time i filled some of my pages with my favorite sayings, book quotes etc etc But, I also wrote my first song, and yes the old way on a paper with a pen! I filled like 4 to 5 pages for that single song, but gods! It felt good. So, that's where it all started. Now, sometimes, I'll wake up from a dream and jott down random words on the phone or a piece of paper or I'll be in history class and an idea would strike me and I'll start writing at the back of my book. I felt him lean in, and I couldn't move an inch, I just closed my eyes for the moment and felt his lips on my forehead, and he just stood up and went back... Every adolescent has a crazy story to tell. Hina is no exception. At sixteen, her life is far from perfect. High school can be really demanding and being labelled a 'misfit' can be cruel. Amidst all the chaos, it's easy to feel like you're always the target of vandalism, especially when you don't have the 'it' factors that take to be the conventional 'cool' teenager. Hina has one desire - to remove the misfit tag from her name. It is an easily justifiable desire. Anybody would want to be devoid of such a tag. But on her way to get rid of the tag she might just discover that maybe being a 'misfit' isn't such a bad thing after all and perhaps her life is actually quite great. Throw in a share of Indian drama to the self seeking quest - family, friendship, love and all the other little things in between.
