Virgil had heard the rumors of the ghost that haunted his school building. He never was one to believe in the paranormal, but while staying after school in the library one day he starts to wonder if maybe everyone was right. Book Warnings: Mentions of blood, detailed descriptions of injuries and death/murder, mentions of bullying and violence. (This book was originally a oneshot in my Sanders Sides Oneshots 2 book, but I decided to add the parts of it into their own little book. This was only supposed to be a short story with like 5 parts but here we are now.......)

A human fell into the Underground, and began befriending every monster they came across, including the skeleton brothers. Their acts of kindness seemed to be genuine, giving the monsters no reason to distrust them... Until the human pulled a one-eighty and killed Sans when everyone least expected it. This is the story of how Papyrus grieved over his older brother's death, how he discovered the truth about his mysterious sibling... and eventually, how he decides to avenge his sibling's murder. But in the end he'll forget everything once the timeline resets again, right? That's what he's afraid of. (Based on the AU "Disbelief Papyrus," but with an original twist. There are no pairings except for what's canon. This is mainly Papyrus-centric, but it does focus on mystery of Sans during the story.)

*Some Time Ago* *??? POV* ???: NO! DON'T HURT THEM! I'LL DO ANYTHING JUST LEAVE THEM ALONE! The women in front of me stops for a second. ?: Hmm... Interesting, what do you propose? I will protect them. ???: My life for theirs. I'd trade my life for theirs anyday. Without hesitation. ?: How do you know I won't kill them once you're gone? She takes another step towards them, her hand glowing a deep red. ???: You may be evil, but you're always loyal to you're deals. She thinks for a bit. ?: Alright, fair enough. We have a deal. She walks towards me with her hand now glowing blue and reaches out. I can hear them yelling, but I will protect them. ???: Deal. We shake hands. I immediately start screaming and fall to my knees. I use my last bit of strength to glance over at them. They're gone. That means they're safe and back home. I smile lightly as I black out. *?? POV* ??: Such a selfless act that deserves to rewarded. I'll see you soon my boy. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Roman Sanders is typical 15 year old, ya know, minus the red eyes. He also sees ghosts... ok so maybe not the typical 15 year old, but he does his best.
