Frank Morrison wasn't exactly a model student. He skipped class, bullied, stole, did drugs; If it was a rule, he broke it. Julie Kostenko however, was the average kids school idol. She was a straight A student, participated in extracurricular activities, and didn't get into too much trouble. The similarity with these two however, was neither wanted to live a boring, average life. Julie wanted to break free from everyone's expectations for her... and she couldn't watch as her friends Joey and Susie fall into the everyday labor as slaves to the government.
