She is also starting to be influenced by a new friend at Thomas Edison who encourages her to make some decisions she isn't so sure is right as a Christian girl, and meets Danny, a fellow student involved the school's drama production. Unsure of the decisions she should make and how to cope with all the bullying freshman year, she learns some valueable lessons in and out of school this new year, about who really are her best friends, always and no matter what.
