Derek is angry all the time and his workers hate him. He works at the hospital. He doesn't talk to anyone nor will he ever. Meredith is with her intern class. And Derek is still the Neuro Attending. Meredith tries to be "friends" with Derek to try and make his life better. This is mostly going to be in Meredith's POV
