Taj and Milo Bushmen are 16 year old fraternal twin brothers who live in urban America, in 2046, with their adoptive guardian "Uncle June". Taj, naturally book smart, wants to ultimately become President so he can reunite the north and south Americas after the country was split in half due to a second civil war in 2021. MILO, on the other hand, lives more day-to-day and is content with life as long as he has family. When the twins are pressured into joining the "Renegades", a city wide gang; their refusal begins to unearth secrets about Uncle Junes past and involvement with the gang. Conflicts birthed from issues with renegades start to reveal the twins have supernatural abilities and the symbol on the back of their necks is more than a birth mark.
