Lena Luthor is just moving to National City, a year into Kara being Supergirl, however the difference on this earth, Earth-623, is that Lena Luthor is moving to National City with her 3-year-old daughter Loretta "Lori" Luthor. Lena having a daughter will then completely change Kara and Lena's story as we know it, as well as their relationships with people around them.

Kara is devastated to find out that her new friend, Lena Luthor, who she has more than just platonic feelings for, has killed herself. Lena left behind a suicide note that detailed the reasons why she took her own life, with it all starting with her birth mother's death when she was 4 years old. Kara, being unable to live in a world without Lena, makes the decision to travel back in time, and give Lena the life she deserves, and visit her every year.

Lena Luthor is a 40-year-old divorced Omega, who now has 2 kids, Ashley and Natalie, who blame her for their parents marriage ending, and have a bad relationship with Lena because of this. As a result of Lena's horribly toxic marriage to Andrea Rojas, Lena now is an extremely repressed omega, who is hardly affected by alpha pheromones at all. Meanwhile, Kara Danvers is a young 25-year-old alpha, who doesn't act like the usual type of alpha, and is just starting out her life as an adult. By accident, Lena and Kara meet, and this reawakens something inside of Lena that she thought had died with her marriage.

Many don't know who this new CEO that's coming to National City. Rumors have been going around that they are young, charming, and quite a gentle person when being respected. Others say this woman is dangerous and ruthless due to the power and money she holds. People even think that this person might not even be human! Who is she? Lena Luthor, owner and CEO L-Corp, have been hearing the ridiculous rumors that there's a new big shot in the city. Why does she care though?
