She lived for the thrill of procrastinating until the day an assignment was due, it was a drug to her. Meaning, it didn't surprise her parents or her uncle, Christopher Hart- the legendary surgeon- when she chose to pursue emergency medicine. The ER was the most chaotic, pressure-driven environment in the medical field. But it did surprise them when she told them she was moving to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After living in different places during her childhood and teen years, her parents finally landed in Chicago. She finished her medical school, with a minor in psychology, getting off debt free thanks to Chris, she started working in the heart of downtown. She started her residency, getting three years out of her hospital before she decided to leave. When she showed up to PTMC, she was finally a senior resident and the staff loved and respected her. But an arrogant, dark-haired doctor just loved getting under her skin. He'd cherry-pick his cases just so he could annoy her. And she hated it. Hated him. Hated his stupid, charming grin. Hated the ocean blue eyes that scrutinized her. Hated the (sadly) sharp jawline that flexed when she did something better than him. Everyone tried to ignore their bickering, but tensions rose to a new level when a new intern and medical students arrived. One with a very keen eye for inconsistencies. What happens when that one intern brings everything to light? Or in which The shift from hell shows the lies that they kept beneath the surface. the pitt s1-2 frank langdonxFEM!OC (all right for the pitt and it's characters go to the directors and writers.)

A heart murmur is the secret sound beneath the steady rhythm - the quiet confession the heart makes when it can no longer beat in silence. Not loud enough to alarm, but impossible to ignore once heard.

Aerion 'Brightflame' Targaryen died drinking wildfire, believing it was the only way he could become the dragon he was destined to be and finally shed the fleshy body that held his stolen divinity. Great was his shock when he opened his eyes again, his throat still burning and the sensation of fire consuming his organs, in the arms of the woman who had heard so many stories: Rhaenyra Targaryen. "My little Aerion," she had called him. And Aerion understood that this was a second chance granted by the Gods. If he eliminated the rot that had tried to seize the Throne, perhaps the dragons would be saved, and he would finally achieve the glory he so longed for. For that, he had to choose a side, a simple task for him. "I'd rather drown in the bathtub than be in the same place as that whore Hightower," he had said, disgusted and filled with raw, unadulterated hatred. Thus, Aerion 'Brightflame' Targaryen's loyalty had been decided. Aerion would swear fealty to Rhaenyra. Or rather, to Jacaerys Velaryon. But who would have thought that a mere weak Heir could have control over a monster like Aerion? HOTD x AKOTSK

Ellie Robinavitch grew up in the emergency room-doing homework at the nurses' station, learning which alarms mattered, and watching her dad hold the chaos together like it was second nature. She thought he was untouchable. But over time, something started to shift. Not enough to name. Not enough to stop. Just small moments-missed sleep, shorter answers, a heaviness that seemed to follow him home. The kind of unraveling that happens quietly. The kind you don't realize you're watching until you're already in the middle of it. Now, as Ellie is pulled deeper into the world she thought she understood, she's left trying to figure out where the line is- between holding it together... and losing yourself completely.

⋆。°✩°。⋆ One year ago, Sophia and Jack crossed a line they were never supposed to cross-after Robby's birthday night out, what started as tension and stolen glances turned into a single, unexpected moment that neither of them ever truly talked about again. No labels, no closure, just silence layered over something that never fully left either of them. Since then, they've learned how to exist around each other in the ER-careful, controlled, buried under professionalism. Jack stayed distant, convinced it was the safer choice. Sophia told herself it didn't mean more than it did. But both of them kept remembering it anyway. Now, with Sophia transferring to night shift, everything shifts. The walls between them start to crack in the long hours of shared trauma cases, quiet break room conversations, and moments where their hands brush too long or their eyes linger too openly. Night shift strips everything down-no distractions, no escape-just them, the chaos of the ER, and feelings they never dealt with properly. What was once buried starts resurfacing. Tension turns into closeness. Silence turns into almost-confessions. And every shift becomes harder to survive without acknowledging what that night really was-and what it still might become. Because in the end, it was never just one night. ⋆。°✩°。⋆ Jack Abbott x fem OC

In the shadow of duty, Maria Tyrell and Prince Baelor Targaryen find in one another the one thing neither was meant to have: freedom. Between courtly duty, family expectation, and the aching need to be truly seen, their bond becomes both their greatest comfort and their deepest wound. For as the time goes by and the structure of the world is weighing upon them, the love they share has to face the ugly truth - it might have to die eventually just where it was born -under the shadow of duty. *Story begins roughly around 199 AC (10 years before the Ashford tourney) *The story is loosly based on G.R.R Martin's characters and world as well as AKOTSK series. If you're looking for accuracy with the source material etc. I'm afraid you won't find it unfortunatelly. Still, I hope you enjoy xo

Diane Salvino had never been dealt a winning hand. Life seemed hell-bent on testing her limits-growing up rough in the outskirts of Waco, enduring a childhood best left unspoken, throwing herself into the military, and carving out a place in Black Ops before trading combat boots for scrubs. Survival had always been her specialty. But for the first time, she thought she'd found something worth living for. Joel Miller and his daughter, Sarah. A family. A future. Until it all went up in flames. Two decades later, the world had rotted, and so had the last remnants of her heart. The outbreak stole Sarah on the first night, shattered her marriage the next, and left Diane to forge a new legend in the ashes of a world that once was. To FEDRA, she was the Boogeyman. To the Fireflies, a War Dog. To Joel, a ghost. And to one defiant, sharp-tongued girl named Ellie, she was something else entirely. A reluctant protector, maybe even a second chance. Now, fate had thrown her back into Joel's path, their history tangled in grief and blood, both bound by the impossible task of shepherding the one girl who might just save the world, and a sixteen year old boy with a deadeye shot, the journey ahead is certain. But in a place where survival demands sacrifice, Diane knows better than anyone, hope is the most dangerous weapon of all. #1 in Joel #1 in Miller #1 in The Last of Us #1 in Pedro Pascal #1 in season one #2 in Post-Apocalyptic #3 in Ellie #5 in survival #6 in outbreak #9 in The Last of Us
