Zach has had cystic fibrosis his whole life. Since he knew he would die young he never wanted to fall in love because he didn't want to let the other person down. He also didn't want to die young but he knew he couldn't change that. Jonah got diagnosed with cf a few years ago. He actually has cf worst then most people do. He was supposed to die a few months ago but he's still here. Living everyday in pain and wondering when it will end. He said to himself 'don't fall in love, it's pointless' but then falls for the wrong person. Jack has one of the most deadly conditions in the world, coronary artery disease, or CAD. He's been in the hospital most of his life and he just wants to die. Not wanting to suffer through everything but, he can't end it, not yet at least.
