Aang has been missing for years. 10 to be exact, ever since he was 14. No one on earth knows how his best friend, Katara, had been able to handle it all this time without him. No one. Because they used to do everything together- they practically had the same life. Before he disappeared, he told her he loved her. She never got to say it back. And she can't stop blaming herself. So what happens when one day, Katara, a dance major, is dancing in her garage, and all of a sudden she hears clapping? She turns around and finds him. And all of a sudden, she can't breathe. She can't think. All she can do is watch him looking at her, smiling and clapping. What does she do? "Can you come help me?" "AANG!" "I love you, Katara." "No... No way! My Aang is dead!" "I know everything about you." "Katara, Aang died. We went to his funeral. You buried him!" "I know he's alive." "We have to get to the bottom of this." "I love you."

My idea of little kataang story's

Aang and Katara are enjoying their honeymoon on a secluded island near the Patola Mountain range. Here, with White Lotus guards allowing them peace of mind to fully relax, Katara realizes her deepest desire she didn't know she had. Her and Aang making love underneath the full moon while he is in the Avatar State.

Well, now this has gone from a one-shot to a series of Kataang One-shots. These are all one-shots and they are all in order. I believe all of these could have totally happened in the series so, to me, these are all canon, so they are in my headcanon. I really like Kataang but It didn't get as much screen time as I wanted it to, so this is my way of coping with that!

Set during "The Puppet Master" episode, what would happen if Katara hadn't been able to save Aang in time before Sokka's sword ran him through? This quick one-shot delves into the possibility of what might have happened had Katara not been quick enough to stop Hama in time. Kataang.
