I snarled at my reflection, glaring hard at the monster that I had become. The bands around my pupils chilled into a luminescent silver, robbing me from the warmth of my brown eyes, and giving way to something far more sinister as my temper flared. Im the monster under your bed, the snarly creature you curl in the safety of your blankets to get away from. I felt her touch then. I closed my eyes and shuddered as I felt her eagerness in my very bones, shivered as I felt her push to take full control as she did on the night of the full moon ***

(Book 3) After a shocking betrayal by someone close to her, Bailey finds herself taken by the mercenaries and handed over to an even worse group of monsters. Led by a cold and calculating scientist, they see immune people as the answer to the infection-no more than test subjects to use for their own gains. Bailey comes to realize that escape may be harder than she expected, even when a familiar face is thrown back into her life. Together, they must attempt to rally the troops and escape their forced imprisonment or else face heinous experiments all done in the name of a vaccine. The final chapter in Bailey's adventure will push her to the limit to see just how far she will go to protect herself and her friends. #1 in Horror - 11/17/15 "Shhh, don't make a sound." I feel a grip around my neck feeling his hot breath on my ear. "Or I'll kill you here and now." He whispers as I felt something sharp on the side of my waist that was piercing the surface of my skin. My heart pounds heavily my breathing became strained causing me to exhale faster and heavier. We stood inside my bedroom feet away from my sleeping husband he pulls me closer to his body moving backwards to the hallway. I could only follow hoping that my life would be spared. Suddenly, we stopped by the edge of the staircase. "You're mine." He whispers in a hoarse tone placing a kiss on my cheek hitting me on the head with the back of the knife. I was seeing double. I was feeling dizzy, everything was spinning. I felt like I was in slow motion groaning at the pain looking down the stairs. That's the last thing I see before I black out. A/N: WARNING, there is profanity, gory scenes and mild sexual content throughout the book. For all you grammar nazi's. This is by no means a final draft. There are many errors and I'll get to them. Don't read if you find my grammar shitty. Lmao.

The only thing worse than no family at all is a family that is out to hurt you. That would all be bad enough for a normal seventeen-year-old, but it's even worse for Alec Graves. A shape shifter's pack, his family, is the only thing stopping the other preternatural creatures out there from killing him. Alec's pack isn't just neglectful, he's pretty sure that his father wants him dead. Alec is about to be sent to the front lines of a war between his people and everything else that goes bump in the night. His only chance of survival is to convince everyone around him that he's the perfect soldier, but there are lines that Alec won't cross, not for any price. **Author's Note: For those of who who've read Broken, it's important to understand that Bound represents an alternate timeline where Alec's dad doesn't die while Alec is still a child and Adri stays in Minnesota rather than moving to Sanctuary. Bound is a YA Urban Fantasy novel, and is one possible entry point into the books that make up the Reflections Universe. The Reflections Universe is a series of YA Paranormal books featuring vampires, shape shifters, werewolves and more, which have been written so they can be safely enjoyed by both young adults and older readers alike. Bound is followed by Hunted. The Reflections Universe: Some stories are too full of teen urban fantasy goodness to fit into just one series!

Marie wanted to be as good as her mother wanted. Since her older brother was diagnosed with autism, she is considered the family's "normal" child. She thus feels she must be perfect in every way, which soon turns out to be a haunting task. Desperate for love and to make sense of her mother's contradictory behaviors and spiritual changes (from her mother's infidelities and alcoholism to a strict religious cult, and back again), Marie starts a friendship with a make belief friend, Ana. Ana is beautiful, loving, all-knowing and lives in an older version of Marie's house. Ana is the best friend one could hope for...that is until she encourages you to pursue a life threatening path. A book loosely based on my life: my relationship with my mother, my father, my autistic brother and my sister; my life in a cult; and my battle with anorexia. Nevertheless, this book is a work of fiction (imaginary friend, haunted house, mystical creatures, paranormal, etc).
