They tell him all about them, what they do, why they do it, and who has been causing the most of their problems, one lady in red. Though reluctant to accept at first, Gray realizes that maybe Carmen isn't the good guy she claimed to be after all, and as the only link unassociated with la femme rouge or V.I.L.E, he takes up a black suit and becomes: Agent Gray of ACME.
