Yep, this is Danganronpa tied in with Sonic. To change it up a little bit, I'll be using 'proficiency levels' instead of 'Ultimate' statuses. I'll be using a lot of themes inspired off of the Danganronpa series, so you will draw a lot of similarities if you're from that fandom.
