This is a one shot story entry I passed to a writing contest. "One-shot story contest entry: Serenity & Amore" The theme was "a moment that changed everything. " So I chose too write a scene where Kay and Diane(two Characters from a novel Idea I have) have an intimate talk together while they are in a middle of a ball.

Everyone thinks Sebastian-student council president-has it all together. Handsome, charming, well liked, but somehow, he can't keep a girl for more than a month. So, after a string of failed relationships, he's left wondering if actually knows anything about love-or himself. Then Theresa shows up. She's new, she's pretty, she's a goth. And she wants absolutely nothing to do with him. Challenged, Sebastian tries to charm her. It doesn't work.
