Dipper and Mabel, now seventeen years old, have decided to stay in Gravity Falls with Stan and Ford. Dipper is still the same, a big geek and a bookworm, and Mabel is still crazy and cooky as ever. After a terrible car crash resulting in the death of their parents, 17 year olds Dipper and Mabel Pines are sent back to Gravity Falls to live with their Grunkles. Mabel now hates Dipper, and blames him for the crash, since they were only out getting him his anxiety medication. The Grunkles don't fully agree with Mabels logic, but are still distant with Dipper, for they think he's a freak because of his anxiety. And so in the one place he felt he could truly call home, Dipper was now alone and hated by the "family" that once loved him. One night, Dipper overhears the family talking about how useless he is and, doing the only thing he knows, he runs. He watches them at first and lets them live. The boy seems much more interested in all the weird things in the forest than the girl but other than that they looked harmless. Till a few days later Bill finds he's missing his journal, where he logs all his creatures and their actions. Panicked and pissed he reaches his whole forest and the whole town. Making the people fear him and the forest. But he had no luck finding his journal. Years later the Pines twins come back to Gravity Falls, and Dipper brings his favorite book, a beaten old journal filled with fictional creatures and nonclinical notes. {{{THIS IS A SLOW BURN BOOK. It was all a show he performed to his parental figures so he would be let free. He was never allowed outside, even though it sounds so exaggerated, it wasn't. He was locked in his dull room having visits from priests or punishments from his father..so he left. He promised himself he would never come back, so here he is in Gravity Falls. A place his sister lived in now as she became close to it, a place that he could've visited when he was 12, but his thoughts prevented him. Bills statue was in the same place ever since he was defeated..somewhat. He's still alive, but he can't physically hurt anyone..he was trapped. Always saw the same view each day, always felt like he was locked in, always cursed at the Pines. He swore that he would escape, he swore that he would get revenge, he swore on his grave that he would leave his statue..well that was until Dipper Pines arrived. With the two males interactions they find themselves becoming softer and much more closer than ever..what'll happen between the two.
