In the latter half of the 3rd millennium, September 24th, 2998, Earth, resources have ran scarce on Earth, resulting in urged space companies for off-planet mining. But it's not enough, politics are on the brink of chaos, old nations have crammed themselves into amalgamations of each other, either through necessity, or annexation. Two nations/blocs stand tall on Earth and surrounding colonies however... The American Coalition Force, a bloc originating from North America, an America driven to necessity, annexing neighbors for self-defense as they actively collapse, then spanning to South America in the latter half before international war broke out. Then... The Greater Eastern European Union, or rather, Большой Восточноевропейский союз in it's native language. Everything wrong with communism in the past is disregarded, utilized as a manual for shaping a bloc like the GEEU. Driven mad from sanctions and being painted as the madman in the world, they have infiltrated half of Europe to fight for them or to at the very least, pick on the ACF first. Both nations/blocs declare war, the GEEU blaming a bombing on the Kremlin on ACF-adjacent rebellion cells. While the ACF blames the GEEU for a cyberattack on the New York Mega-City.
