هو ما فتحش الكتاب... الكتاب هو اللي فتح جواه. في بيت جده القديم، وسط الغبار والذكريات، زياد كان مجرد مراهق بيهرب من الهموم، من الناس، من نفسه. بس لما لقى الكتاب ده... الأحرف اتحفرت في جلده، والهمسات سكنت جواه. مرسوم بالدم، مكتوب بالرغبة، "الهمسة المحرّمة" كانت البداية... والباقي؟ حقيقة مرعبة للي قلبه ضعيف. هل هي قصة خيال؟ ولا قصة اعتراف... مكتوبة بحبر الوجع؟

وصف الرسول

And say not of those who are slain in the way of Allah: "They are dead, nay; they are living, though ye perceive it not" The Holy Quran Winston Churchill once said "History is written by the victors", this is probably true. However, Mr. Churchill's observation is disproved when applied to the conflict between the oppressed Imam Hussain and the Omayyad Khalif Yazid. This conflict embodied the Prophet Mohammad's word's in which he said "the greatest jihad is to speak the word of truth into the face of a tyrant". Moreover, a conflict resonating with the Holly Quran's passage quoted in the begging of this introduction. A passage perfectly illustrating Yazid's tyranny leading to the massacre of Imam Hussain and his 70 odd followers. This violent death immortalised as an unconventional victoty in the history books. Although fourteen hundred years old, the historical battle in in Karbala continues to capture the minds and hearts of millions across boundaries of language, land and time.
