Watanabe Risa and Nagahama Neru have been best friends ever since their chance encounter during the middle of their first year in middle school. Fast forward four years and it is now the middle of their second year of high school. The pair have gone through a lot together and built what they believed to be an inseparable bond. But what happens to their friendship when it is put to the test?

Watanabe Risa and Harada Aoi were classmates in middle school. Their friends never thought they were close, but the two girls were never on bad terms with each other. Once they started high school, their relationship took a 180 degree turn. Aoi now wonders what happened to the girl she once called a friend.

Watanabe Risa loves maps. She aspires to one day visit everywhere she has seen on a map by train. But for now, she has to settle with taking the subway in Tokyo. Normally, Risa would avoid taking the subway if she could, but her excitement one day got the better of her. She ended up on the wrong train, but fate would have it that she would meet Shida Manaka.
