Kiera Collins, Prisoner 417 and the Girl everyone has to love. Kiera became a prisoner because she was born, I know pleasant right. Her twin brother Finn Collins was born 10 minutes before her and with the doctors around her Mrs Collins couldn't really hide Kiera. Kiera is called the prettiest or 'hottest' girl in the Ark and has multiple admirers even though she has only been outside of her cell occasionally. Marcus Kane has had a special bond with her so she's like his daughter. Kiera has also gotten a few bonus privileges from the other prisoners regarding her family, other prisoners and she gets to have stuff inside her prison room like books, informational earth things and a small tutoring thing. This tutoring thing has made the council figure out that Kiera's brain is more intelligent then everyone on the Ark even at a young age because of this they taught her Mechanics, Doctor stuff, Army things (make weapons, shoot guns, yield swords etc) and Farming.
