The 4th quarter quell has arrived and the Capitol is getting sick of the uprisings in the districts. Using their new and highly advanced technology they set up the most horrid hunger games yet. Like the 2nd quarter quell there will be twice as many tributes. Half one girl and one boy from each district. The other half, one girl and one boy from each district revived from the dead tributes of previous years. The dead tributes are reaped and pulled out of their slumber. Fern lives with her Aunt in district 7 living as average of a life you can in the districts. When Fern gets reaped there's no hope, or so she thinks. After the rebellion, the Capitol rose, overthrowing the 13 districts of Panem. The Treaty of Treason is revised, creating a more interesting Games. This time, all the 13 districts must participate proving the survival of the fittest. After 100 years of the Hunger Games, the fourth Quarter Quell is introduced. On its 100th anniversary, the citizens of Panem wonder what is in store for the tributes. Obviously, something more gruesome and horrifying, as the President would describe, "The greatest Hunger Games of all!" Prepare as 26 teens battle it out in one arena... It's the year of the 100th Hunger Games. Yes, the rebellion was sucessful, but after the president died, three years later, Panem returned to it's old games. Since the rebellion, Panem has expanded to seventeen districts, and now also reaps from it's own capitol. You can follow each tribute's story and vote for who you wish to live. All rights go to Suzanne Collins.

When the laws of the Hunger Games were laid out, they dictated that every twenty-five years the anniversary would be marked by a Quarter Quell. It would call for a glorified version of the Games to make the fresh the memory of those killed by the districts' rebellion. Now we honor our fourth Quarter Quell. On the one hundredth anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels that the Dark Days only served to tear their families apart, each district will be required to send two sets of siblings. The new government that came with the rebellion Katniss started has been overthrown. President Snow's granddaughter is ruling Panem now, and she has proven to be more ruthless than he ever was. Katniss and Peeta were publicly executed after the Capitol took over again, and District 13 was completely obliterated. Since then, the Hunger Games have been harsher than ever. Hi! This is just a collection of 100 poems that I have written.

Fawn Wellwood is a normal sixteen-year-old Seam girl living in District 12. She's content with her life, her family. That is, until she's chosen for the 100th Annual Hunger Games. This Hunger Games has three conditions; 1.) People of any age can be reaped. 2.) There will be twice as many tributes. 3.) There will be no volunteers. When Fawn is reaped alongside Blye Mellark, her best friend and the daughter of Katniss and Peeta Mellark, she realizes that this Hunger Game was designed to torture Katniss by killing her loved ones. Fawn realizes that the Capitol is not what it looks like, instead it is corrupt and vengeful. But Fawn is faced with a choice. Either save Blye Mellark and die in the process, or get out and fight the Capitol herself. The only problem is . . . which will she choose? All Rights Reserved.
