Her siblings, insisting she dress up "just in case," nudged her to play along, but she hesitated, worried about seeming too expectant. After a whirlwind of phone calls and secret plans, the clock struck midnight, and her friends burst into her room with cake, laughter, and heartfelt wishes. The surprises didn't stop there. Just when Hiba thought the celebrations were over, her friends returned later that day with another cake-this time, one arranged by her mother from afar. Overwhelmed with gratitude, Hiba realized the effort her family and friends had put into making her feel special, even from a distance. In that moment, she was filled with appreciation for the love that surrounded her, resolving to grow into a person worthy of their faith and support. This birthday, marked by laughter, nostalgia, and a few happy tears, would forever remain one of the most cherished moments of her life.
