Summary: The 12th Doctor and Missy visit Taruxas El Time, a formerly abandoned asylum which has now been restored. Immediately as they set foot in the asylum, Missy and the Doctor notice that something is off about the place; it's now a psychiatric ward, and the patients don't even seem to have anything wrong with them. They are constantly given drugs to "cure" them, but they don't even seem to need any medicine. However, things take a turn when the Doctor becomes a patient in Taruxas El Time, and Missy is left to figure out what's going on behind closed doors.
