Whiterun was a peaceful town, but one day a crazy old man moved into it, he lived on the edge in a rundown little cabin, soon after he moved in kids started to disappear, all within the ages of 13 and 17. Soon police came across evidence that led them to the strange cabin, and when they got there they found the old man dead on the ground surrounded by wolves that looked like they’d been tortured, upon sight of the police they darted out the door and were never seen again. Coincidentally neither were the missing kids. After running from Whiterun the teens ended up far away in Brightmount , where they went to school, and lived together in a house with two older werewolves who they pretend are their foster parents.

🍴 Snacrifice: A Horror Anthology of Cursed Cuisine & Haunted Hunger By Chef Rottomé Welcome to the most twisted dinner party you've ever attended. Where every dish has a soul. And every bite bites back. Snacrifice is a darkly hilarious and hair-raising horror anthology for fans of Goosebumps, Creepshow, and Are You Afraid of the Dark?-but with extra spice, snark, and sinister snacks. Narrated by the delightfully revolting Chef Rottomé, this collection of short stories peels back the foil on your everyday favorites-from yogurt to tandoori, vending machine snacks to cafeteria horrors-and reveals the nightmares bubbling beneath. Inside the menu: A yogurt that whispers forgotten sins. A vending machine that takes more than coins. A school bake sale that might've summoned something... ancient. And meatloaf that remembers the screams. Each tale comes plated with humor, bite-sized dread, and a generous drizzle of the absurd. It's horror you can sink your teeth into-and then immediately regret. 🔪 Perfect for readers aged 13+ who love horror with a side of wit. 📚 Great for fans of Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, Tales from the Crypt, and Don't Eat This Book (unless you want to wake up inside your refrigerator). Dare to feast? Open the book. But don't say we didn't warn you. Because some cravings... consume you back. From the kitchen of Chef Rottomé - undead gourmet, narrator of nightmares, and curator of the grotesquely delicious.

"Write a 500-word thesis on why Marids are blue," He read out from his friend's notes that were laid out on the floor. "Are you kidding me." "I told you, you shouldn't have skipped class," Persephone said as she read the news. He sulked, "Well I'm terribly sorry. What even is a dumb marid?" His voice echoed throughout the spacious room. "Wait, aren't they dead?" Amelia pointed out from behind Persephone. "Who is?" He asked from the other side of the room, behind his friend's piles of notes. Yves walked over to Persephone and Amelie, curious about the confused looks on their faces. His eyes landed on the news book on Persephone's hand and widened. The three of them looked petrified. Tension was building up, causing Rose to stalk towards them, leaving her friend bumbling about blue marids. "Hello, I'm asking a question!"He demanded. "Shh." The news book lay flat open in Persephone's hands as the four analyzed it furiously. It felt like ages, as they stood there and stared at the page, trying to see a loophole that would prove their thoughts wrong. "Pfft, it can't be," one of them said uncertainly. "How?" The other chimed in. "Didn't they die?" Persephone asked nervously. A pair of eyes stared at her sceptically, urging for an answer to an unsaid question. "What? Me? I didn't do it, I swear I didn't revive them. I don't even know how to cook." "Oh, dear." "The others have probably seen the article." "WHAT'S A MARID?" "Shh!" And so it began, the end of the world.
