The train stations and shops start shutting down immediately, many people start leaving to another placement. So, a family is too sick to move and are left to fend for themselves however left alone ill isn't a good start to their situation. Will they survive on their own? Will they escape? Will they keep all their members, or will they perish and become a part of the sickness?
