I am a disciple of time, I follow behind it. I have no choice. It's one of the most important parts of being human, however I know time itself doesn't exist. It's a maddening illusion our humanity offers to us. Our consciousness can only fathom so much. Perception is everything in this world. Temple, our body is a temple but to most it is a prison. Our bodies were not the first creation. My soul more often than not feels trapped inside these hardened shells of humanity. Some of us know we are different.

Narena Oberon's father has a secret. One that could land him in the gallows for witch craft. He knows when Narena finds out it will be dangerous for her, because she too holds the same power he does. But he had hoped he wouldn't need to share it with her until times were safer. That is, until one day he falls gravely ill. In desperate hope to cure her father, Narena asks the heavens for a miracle and is somehow answered when she learns that she can go back, and forward, in time. Arriving in a time she doesn't belong in, Narena meets a young blacksmith. But he holds an unnatural device also used for time travel, and he can't remember how he got it. Together, they must help each other in order to repair the present, change the future, and return to the past, or lose everything they've ever known.

This story is about a French man who came to America during the revolutionary war and now trying to find his away across America and figure out what to do with his life. His best friend is there to guide him through whatever he needs and to shed light on his issues. with these two the world seems invincible
