In 1907 French Indochina has gotten their own revolution, with the support of the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Japanese. By 1910 all of South East Asia has been United under the name of the Southeast Asian Federation. By then they had been building their nation for the changes happening in the world. Mass Industrialization was happening in all of South East Nation for what is to come. And by 1912 the Federation has been able to meet the Industrialization of the European powers. Not enough to rival them, but enough to put up a good fight. The Philippines, and Indonesia has the capability to build their own Dreadnoughts. And 15 of them none the less in one go, with the support of the Resources of all of South East Asia. But in 1914 that is all to change.
