Hi Loves! PLEASE be patient, this is a book I'm going to really put my heart into, I am so excited to start writing. Keep in mind this story is Modern Day, like 2019 (now). Michael's personality and style aren't anywhere near a carbon copy, but this is meant to show what he would be like within this day and age. Also I'm not certain how the fashion will work out, but I have sketches to help visualize this. 💕

Here are two fictional stories of how my maternal and paternal grandmothers met Elvis as teens in the 50s. I think we all wished that our family members met him at some point. These stories are purely made up and start out the same but change as the story goes on. They're not chronological, but are two separate stories, 12-14,000-word count each. FYI: Pictures of the girls aren't my grandmothers. Names are changed as to protect privacy. The family make-up for the girls is about the same as it really was, the city is the same, and the talents that I wrote in were their real talents in life as well. Rest their souls. 💗🌷🌼 All the people who the characters are based on in these stories are not alive today, aside from one--my great-uncle. 💗🌷🌼

This is the first year of a series of diaries kept by my father from 1958 to 1964 (aged 16 to 22). It is published here in unedited form, transcribed from his hand-written notebooks. It's not a great literary achievement, but it is the genuine writing of someone growing up in the fast-changing late 50's and early 60's. As well as a recount of my Dad's life including the last couple of years attending Fettes College (a private school in Edinburgh), it also contains many references to news and events in the UK, and further afield. It may be of interest to anyone wishing to learn about that period in history, and get an idea of a (fairly well-off) teenager's life at that time. If there's sufficient interest, I'll continue to transcribe journal month by month, and publish here.
