In 1967, two friends Annie and Andy run away from their suburb in Arizona to Haight-Ashbury in California to join the hippie scene. They meet incredible people who share their interests and similar feelings, while under the influence of music, art, and psychedelic drugs. However, after the Summer of Love, reality starts to kick in and everyone at the apartment begins to realize what is going in the US. These group of friends experience life from a certain perspective, and come to terms with their demons.

When John Lennon first met Karen Bertha Imunic on November 7th 1966, he becomes completely infatuated with her. He is in the most famous band in the world and she's enjoying her successful life as a corporate lawyer in NYC. They meet again in 1969, this time John's career with the Beatles is crumbling and falling apart and Karen's career- essentially worthless. Does John stick with her despite her situation? The year is 1969, November 19th You had just acquired a new job at the Infamous Playfellow Workshop to be a puppeteer for a small yellow puppet with a blue pompadour called Wally Darling, the Show Host of the popular series "Welcome Home." How did you gain this position? Well to be frank you didn't really know besides what your friend told you. Apparently Wally's original puppeteer quit his job in a frantic state for reasons unknown and that she had recommended you to her boss to take up the position as Wally's new puppeteer. Otherwise It was a rather nice job and easy job as you got to do something you enjoyed while also making new friends and getting paid a good 15 dollars per week. But one question was stuck within your mind. Why was Wally's original puppeteer so adamant about quitting this job? ------------------------------------------ Welcome Home rightfully belongs to PartyCoffin, or better known as Clown! This story will mainly take place in the "Real" world of the Welcome Home universe, where the puppet show known as "Welcome Home" is still up and running. There will still be horror aspects in the story but they won't appear much until the later chapters. Will there be romance? That's still undecided.

In 1899, Jack Kelly just wanted to give up. The strike wasn't turning in the newsboys' favor, and he'd almost been caught by Snyder four times in one month. He needed a miracle. Instead, he got an eye-rolling, sarcasm-giving, blonde-haired smart-ass who seemed to have come from nowhere. It's 1969, and 17-year-old Gemma Mullaney's world is spinning out of her control. A former art student now turned peace advocate, Gemma's boyfriend has just been drafted into the war in Vietnam and is said to be missing in action. She is afraid she will lose him like she lost her father the year prior. After a visit to her father's headstone one evening, she feels as though someone is following her home, much to her horror. The next morning, she wakes up to be on her own in New York City, currently having its own inner battles such as trolley worker riots and the newsboys' strike of 1899.

Pattie has told us in her book that, having been dumped by Eric Clapton, Charlotte Martin was invited to come and stay with Pattie and George. Once there Charlotte immediately made a play for George, he joined in willingly and Pattie left to stay with a friend until George eventually threw Charlotte out. It all sounded so unpleasant that I felt like writing a fic around it, to perhaps introduce a bit of sense into the situation. The basic events are as told by Pattie, but this story is my invention completely. The title is from an album by Pink Floyd. It seemed to match the situation as I saw it.
