Sebastian "Bash" ends up seeing and so instead of compelling him Rebekah turns him into a Vampire. Flash Forward The Mikaelsons, Mary, Francis, and Bash (who all live together) move to The French Quarter in New Orleans and it comes as quite the shock who they see Virginia sitting in the bar. She goes by Virginia until 1977 where she meets Damon Salvatore and ever since then she always has gone by Ginny (not the Harry Potter character) thanks to Damon. When Virginia is first seen again by the Mikaelsons, Mary, Francis, and Bash she is then 450.
