Some of you might know that Thomas was supposed to be a J50 Tank Engine, and you probably know about the deleted Märklin Engine, so what if they were actual characters in the show? (Probably the same universe as A Really Useful Engine until something contradicts that.)

Thomas The Tank Engine is perhaps one of the calmest yet strangest worlds I could've been reborn into. But hey, pulling trains is at least surprisingly fulfilling once you learn to look past not having control over your own body and having any real rights any more. So, how exactly do I make sure I'm really useful enough to not die again too soon?
